Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

So Sew Sweet are happy to refund, exchange or issue a store credit for products purchased from us as per the following terms and conditions.

It is at our discretion to exchange, swap or refund items for change of mind- this includes the purchase of an incorrect size or if the item is faulty. Please view size guides and select carefully. If in doubt, always size up. Please note we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges on our sale items or special custom made items.

In the event an exchange is required, the buyer must return the goods in the same condition (unwashed, unmarked.) For an exchange, the sender must post back the product at their own expense with a return self addressed pre-paid satchel. If we cannot exchange for the same item, a similar item can be selected or a store credit can be issued to the purchase price of the product only. 

Items are either shipped via Australia Post or Sendle within 2-3 days of placing your order.  We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. However, we will attempt to resolve any issue to the best of our ability. 

As our items are handmade, they are each unique in their on way. We are real people and appreciate your understanding that small imperfections may occur. If your item is not as you ordered, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address we are not liable for this error. In the event the goods are returned to us, you will be required to repay shipping.
